All charges and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
What type of hair are you selling?
Unfortunately, we are not selling hair bundles and closures at this time. We will announce our relaunch of our hair collection once we are ready. We have shared some hair tips below.
Can I color my hair?
Yes. Shedding may happen, which is normal. Excessive shedding and improper washing will result in damaging the hair. Please be sure to color your hair correctly.
Can I wash my bundles before installing?
Yes. If you don’t have a routine for washing your bundles, try this: Saturate the bundles with conditioner and leave on for about 10 minutes. Then, detangle the hair with a detangling brush or wide tooth comb and rinse with lukewarm water. Then, let the bundles air dry.
